Promotion of artificial intelligence for small and medium-sized enterprises
Acronym: BrAIn
Framework: Danube Reginal
Programme
Duration of the project: 01.01.2024 - 30.06.2026
Aim of the project:
BrAIn Project: Innovation and Technology in the Danube Region
The aim of the BrAIn project is to improve the competitiveness of the economies and small and medium-sized enterprises of the Danube region through AI, i4.0 and human-centered i5.0 technologies. Through its transnational cooperation, the project offers coordinated technological developments and training programs aimed at fostering innovations and practical solutions for integration into value chains.
Key areas such as manufacturing, agri-food and healthcare face a number of challenges, including rising labor costs, demographic issues and rapid technological transformation of industries. In response to these, the BrAIn project offers pilot programs and measures to support the regional and international dissemination of knowledge acquired at the local level.
The project uses the EU's innovation support framework, in particular the S3 strategy and EC Regulation 2021/1060, to promote local application of knowledge and technologies and effective integration in value chains. In this way, the BrAIn project contributes to a more balanced and sustainable development of the Danube region.
