PROUNION a.s. implemented the project titled "Innovative 3D Printing Head with Water Cooling, Dual Extruder, and Quick Nozzle Exchange System" from December 2024 to July 2025. The project was supported with funding of €14,781.50 from the Recovery and Resilience Plan, based on the Funding Agreement under the PPM mechanism. The aim of the project was to develop a new generation of 3D printing head equipped with water cooling, a dual extruder, and a quick-change nozzle system. The development focused on improving the precision, efficiency, and user comfort of 3D printing, combining advanced technologies into a single compact solution.
The outcome of the project included technical documentation and a functional prototype of the device, which has the potential to significantly enhance quality, speed, and flexibility in the field of 3D printing. The implementation of this innovative solution contributed to the company’s competitiveness and technological advancement within the industry.
